Vermont Cheese Powder. It was good, but next time we’ll go a little easier on the cheese powder.

Wednesday – Dinner: BLTs, Corn on the Cob, and Watermelon – This is a classic summertime meal in Wisconsin, and there’s a reason for it. When it’s hot, hot, hot, you want light and cool.

Thursday – Dinner: Baked Eggplant Parmesan, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Steamed Broccoli, & Garlic Knots – If Carter having 3 slices if the judgment of a successful recipe, than this was a resounding success, as Jim and I liked them too.

Friday – Dinner: Watermelon Martinis, Panko Breaded Parmesan Tilapia, Corn & Zucchini Fritters, Quick Pickles , and Key Lime Pie
