Monday – Dinner: Chicken Burgers, Baked Fries, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts … Great meal. I’ll have to perfect the chicken burger recipe and blog soon, as it will definitely be making future appearances.
Tuesday – Dinner: Chile Relleno Bake… I’ve made this before, but decided to add some leftover beef taco filling to the chile mixture. It was good, but I think I liked the original version better, and will stick to that next time.
Wednesday – Dinner: Sandwiches and Ice Cream at The Chocolate Factory … The sandwiches were as good as ever. They bake their own bread, so it comes out to you warm on the inside and crusty on the outside. The ice cream was okay, but tasked a like it had been sitting in the freezer a bit too long. Hopefully the warm weather brings some turnover in that department, as it was a nice evening for Carter and I.
Thursday – Dinner: Jim: Frozen Pizza / Jaime: snacks at Betty Brinn Gala meeting
