Monday – BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Mac & Cheese and Sweet Potato Fries

Tuesday – Indian Spiced Chicken and Roasted Vegetables with Couscous and Naan

Wednesday – Gravy Warmed Turkey with Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, and Herb Pull Apart Dinner Rolls

Thursday – Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken Sausage, Red Sauce, and Green Peppers, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Bread

Friday – Oven Roasted Chile Relleno with Chipotle Asado Sauce and Shrimp
